The NAIOP Sacramento Valley was formed in 1985 and conducts business in the Colusa, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba counties. Since founding, it has become the voice of commercial real estate development. The Sacramento Chapter is known for organizing special events such as the annual Person of the Year celebration, which honors one outstanding member of the development community in Sacramento; and the annual Punt, Pass & Kick event in the fall benefitting River City Food Bank where our members get to show off their skill on the football field. We also have monthly events focused on networking and education, and our chapter remains involved in government affairs at local and state levels.
