Advocacy
In an ever-evolving industry, NAIOP remains a steady beacon, helping our members navigate shifts in regulations, demographics and market demand.

NAIOP Sacramento Valley advocates for matters regarding the commercial real estate development community at local, state and national government levels. This approach is one of the many ways NAIOP serves its members and why developers find value in NAIOP membership.

The Government Affairs is one way to get involved as a member of NAIOP. The committee meets once quarterly to review and discuss current matters and work with the national NAIOP leadership on important issues.

For additional information, please contact the NAIOP Sacramento Valley Government Affairs Representatives.

NAIOP Convention and Legislative Retreat 2016, Washington D.C.:

Legislative Committee Co-Chair, Donna Clark, National Board Representative, Allison Post Harris, and Sacramento Chapter Executive Director, Angelina Bravo, joined NAIOP representatives from across the United States in Washington D.C. on February 8 through 10 to meet with congressional representatives on the Hill regarding legislation that impacts our commercial real estate industry.
